The Industrial Manifesto!

This is why we fight.

Outsourcing and Other Evils

The c-class types who control the future of the workingman need to wake up and see what they are doing to the workforce of this country. For every skilled job that leaves this country, there is one less person who will be able to afford the products that are being produced in other countries. Are there people within the borders of this country that can produce a radio? Yes, but their numbers are slowly decreasing. One day there will be nobody in this country capable of doing so. So what becomes of a country that can no longer produce radios? They become dependent upon others to do the producing. And what becomes of this country when the producers of the radios no longer wish to sell their radios in this country? The people go hungry for music.

This may be an overly dramatic scenario, but it speaks the truth. When a country can no longer provide for itself, it becomes dependent upon others to do the work. If the producers no longer wish to provide the 'fix' for the country, this country will go cold turkey or die for the simple reason that it can no longer do the things that made it great in the first place.

When all the skilled labour is gone, how will goods be produced to satisfy the needs of the consumers? It has already been stated that society has become service-driven rather than industry-driven. And it has been stated that this is the nature evolution of the economy - from agricultural- to industrial- to service-driven. It is quite possible that the next step will be to an information-driven society. So what will we do? Track information on the seller of goods who sold goods to its suppliers who in turn sold goods to the consumers who are the sellers of goods? Service jobs have been traditionally lower paying compared to those of the industrial workers, and information collections and analysis can be automated to the point that it requires few if any humans to engage in the work. This can only lead to a further dependence placed upon the cheap labour to keep the cost of the products low enough for the few people who are actually working can afford to buy them. If this current trend continues, it will ultimately lead to the only ones who can afford to purchase anything are those of the c-class who caused the technical jobs to be outsourced in the first.

One simple solution would be to outsource the members of the c-class. There are some very good reasons for doing this. First of all, it would give jobs to highly skilled individuals who may not live in this country. Secondly, it would drive down the overhead of the companies that operate in this country, and with the overhead driven down, the final cost of the goods will be greatly increased causing an increase in sales for products produced domestically. This increase in sales will result in the need to hire and/or train workers in highly skilled jobs. The increase in the number of skilled workers would result in an increase of disposable income within the country. This increase would ultimately lead to more goods being purchased, more workers hired to produce them, etc.

That is why outsourcing must be stopped and must be stopped now. It is time that workers take up arms and fight those who will move our jobs offshore. The time has come for change and that time is now. We must take all of our empowerment training and use it to its fullest. We are empowered to make this change, and the time has come to act. And we must do so while there are still enough of us left to do the work and to train the next generation because after we are gone, manufacturing will be gone also.

We are the visionaries who look to change the future. We are those who are brave enough to venture into this new frontier. We are the revolutionaries who will bring about this change. The time to act is now. The need for change is now. The Revolution begins now.
