Previous Question: “In a recent tournament, I was way ahead on time (though a Queen down on the board). When he had less than a minute left, my opponent called a TD and claimed a draw by ‘insufficient losing chances.’ The TD agreed and called the game a draw instead of letting my opponent lose on time. What gives?”
