WinBeam agreed to acquire the Harrisburg, Lancaster, and Pottsville BTA licenses from the Chapter 7 bankruptcy estate of Wireless Telecommunications, Inc. for total consideration of $4 million, consisting of $1.3 million in cash and approximately $2.7 million in assumed FCC debt. These BTA licenses complement WinBeam's ITFS leases in Harrisburg and Lancaster, PA and should provide sufficient channel capacity for the company to pursue multiple channel band plans for the provision of two-way data services in these markets.
