WinBeam signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire the Parkersburg, WV BTA license from the Chapter 7 bankruptcy estate of Wireless Telecommunications, Inc. for total consideration of $335,000. As part of the transaction, WinBeam provided a money deposit of $33,500, including post-petition financing to the estate of $9,455.76.
