L. Hollen, Corporate Customer Care
Manager
Malinda brings to the Winbeam team over
15 years of working within Customer Care.
Before joining Winbeam, Malinda worked in
customer care for a large fluid power distributor
located in the Greensburg area and also
managed the researching, ordering, inventorying
and shipping for the repair department of
the same company. She has also worked within
the local school district and served on
its Board of Directors for 6 years.
She is responsible for Corporate Customer
Care, which includes handling problems within
customer accounts, coordinating training
representatives on new offerings within
the company, and keeping customers informed
of upcoming maintenance within the system.
